Celebrating 10 Years | The First Chapter
In 2026, Striking Pools celebrates ten years. It’s a milestone shaped by the people, projects and relationships that have been part of our journey since 2016.
To mark the occasion, we’re sharing the stories behind our first decade. Through conversations with our directors and the people who have worked alongside us, we reflect on our beginnings, the challenges we’ve worked through and the moments that have made us proud.
It’s also an opportunity to recognise everyone who has contributed along the way. From our team and clients to our project partners and suppliers, each has played a part in shaping Striking Pools. This is a celebration of that shared effort and the foundations we carry into our next chapter.
A Conversation in the Whisky Room
Join Striking Pools directors Simon, Luke and Chris in the Whisky Room for a candid conversation about their first ten years in business together.
From the early days to the projects and decisions that shaped the business, the three reflect on what it has taken to build Striking Pools. They revisit shared memories, discuss lessons learnt and talk about the different strengths each brings to their partnership.
At the heart of the conversation are the relationships behind the work. With stories, laughter and honest reflections, Simon, Luke and Chris share what this milestone means to them, acknowledge the people who have helped make it possible and look towards what comes next.
The People Behind the Journey
Our first decade holds more stories than one conversation can capture. This collection of videos brings together more of the people and perspectives that have helped shape Striking Pools.
Through shared memories and personal reflections, we explore the relationships built along the way and the work that happens behind each finished project. Each story offers a different view of our journey, recognising the knowledge, craftsmanship and commitment that people bring to our business.
Explore the videos below to hear from those who have been part of our first chapter and helped make these ten years possible.
