POOL BUILDERS
Our pool builders are an essential part of our team, responsible for interpreting construction plans and forming the structure of each concrete pool and spa.
The role requires practical ability, attention to detail and a strong understanding of construction principles. Our pool builders work closely with project managers and other trades, including plumbers and electricians, to ensure every stage of construction is completed safely, accurately and efficiently.
Successful team members are reliable, meticulous and able to work collaboratively. They take pride in ensuring every project meets the required specifications, building standards and client expectations while maintaining the high level of workmanship associated with Striking Pools.
