What type of pools do you not offer?
At Striking Pools, we specialise in custom concrete pools and spas. We do not offer fibreglass pools or pre-cast pools.
Can you work with my existing landscape or do I need to start from scratch?
Our team is more than happy to work with your existing landscape and find ways to incorporate your new pool or spa seamlessly. Alternatively, we can help you redesign your entire outdoor space to create a cohesive and stunning environment.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance services after my pool or spa is built?
Yes, we offer pool maintenance services to ensure that your pool or spa remains in excellent condition. Our professional team can provide you with a customised maintenance plan based on your specific needs and budget.
How will i know what the design will look like once it's completed?
We at Striking Pools acknowledge that integrating a customised pool or spa onto your premises involves a substantial financial investment. This is a commitment we take extremely seriously. We will arrange an on-location consultation to get a sense of your personal style and budget, and evaluate the site for your proposed pool or spa. We then create a design brief by combining our shared ideas and sketches, and present this to you for your input. Upon receiving your approval, we will develop schematic designs that include a 2D plan of the swimming pool and the surrounding landscape, and present them to you for your deliberation. With respect to your bespoke design, our design unit has the ability to construct a 3D digital model and provide you with a virtual reality walk-through before construction begins.
