This Hughesdale courtyard was transformed into a compact, contemporary 2-in-1 pool and spa designed to maximise limited space without compromising functionality. The custom 3.1m circular pool features a 1.5m depth and full bench seating around the perimeter, comfortably accommodating up to eight people for both swimming and spa use.

A rectangular stepped entry creates a unique design feature while making access easy and practical. The entire interior is tiled in dark grey ceramic mosaics, with Cinza Limestone coping and paving completing the modern aesthetic. Two multicoloured LED lights add visual depth and ambience.

Despite its small footprint, the pool and spa include premium systems such as gas and solar heating, in-floor cleaning, full automation, and high-performance filtration — delivering year-round comfort and effortless upkeep.
